CONFIRMING ELIGIBILITY FOR EMPLOYMENT IN THE U.S.

The Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act
of 1996 authorized the implementation of a voluntary program to help employers verify that newly hired personnel are eligible for employment in the U.S. Businesses can designate Colley Intelligence Intl. as an agent to perform the employment eligibility confirmation.

The employment eligibility verification program provides Colley Intelligence Intl. with quick, accurate, legal access to query Social Security Administration and Department of Homeland Security databases in order to confirm a new worker's identity and right to employment in the United States. Employers who use the program will not only improve the accuracy of tax reporting, they will protect authorized workers. Because this is a voluntary pilot program, the federal government can limit the number of participating employers.
